We have professional QC team both in production line and finished product departments to easure all our outdoor furniture are qulified for delivery. Please see details as following:

1. IQC (Incoming Quality Check)
2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Check)
3. OQC (Out-going Quality Check)
4. FQC (Final Quality Check)
5. Pre-production Sample Check
6. Reference Sample Check
7. Applied QC Method: AQL (Acceptable Quality Level)
8. Major 6.5 and Minor 1.0
9. All quality checks are recorded and archived properly for tracing and managing purposes

Maintenance:

1. The product does not need special maintenance, but lightly sweep the dust away with a broom anytime if it is smeared.Or you can wipe it clean with a piece of wet cloth, and then dry it with a piece of dry cloth or better.
2. After using the product for a period, clean it with light salt brine.Do not use the strong acid or alkali chemicals.
3. Do not put it near the strong fire hazard to prevent the cane,resin wood or sling materials from fading, drying,distorting,bending,cracking,loosening and falling apart.Do not hit the furniture or scratch its surface by hard or sharp objects.
